Seven Seas Presents Boogiepop Commercials

SEVEN SEAS PRESENTS BOOGIEPOP COMMERCIALS

(Los Angeles, January 17, 2006) – MediaWorks' fully-animated Boogiepop commercials subtitled in English and available for free online.

In Japan, Boogiepop novel publisher MediaWorks produced a series of commercials to help promote the release of several of the novels from Boogiepop and Others, and probably never will."

Until now, that is.

“The second I found out these Boogiepop commercials existed, being the deep-rooted Adam Arnold, senior editor in charge of licensed manga at Seven Seas. “You can imagine my surprise when I heard that we got the green light. This is the coolest 30 seconds of animation you'll ever see.”

The first 30 second commercial spotlighting Seven Seas' February 2006 release of Kouhei Kadono's Boogiepop and Others novel is viewable at Seven Seas Entertainment's web site Gomanga.com.
