Viz Media, Manga Plus Publish Tatsuki Fujimoto's 'Goodbye, Eri' 1-Shot Manga in English

MANGA Plus describes the one-shot:
With his mother dying, Yuta attempts to capture her last days on his phone. After her death, Yuta heads to the roof of the hospital to commit suicide, but a meeting with a strange girl leads him on the path to making a movie.
Fujimoto nominated for the 14th Manga Taisho awards.
Fujimoto (return with its second part titled "Gakkō-hen" (School Arc) on Shonen Jump+ this summer.
The manga was won the Best Manga award at The Harvey Awards last October.
Viz Media is publishing the manga simultaneously digitally, and is also publishing the manga in print. Shueisha's MANGA Plus service is also publishing the manga in English digitally.
The manga is directing the anime.
