A3! Season Autumn & Winter Anime to Premiere in October After COVID-19 Delay

Nagasaki Culture Telecasting Corporation on April 22. The series' previously delayed fourth episode will premiere on April 27. During Saturday's announcement, the cast noted how appropriate it was that the Season Spring & Summer half will air in spring, and that the Season Autumn & Winter half will air in autumn.

The anime premiered on January 13 at 24:00 (effectively, January 14 at midnight) on the Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and BS11 channels, and it had been scheduled to run until March until this delay. The anime debuted with "Season Spring & Summer," the first of the show's two streaming the anime, describes the story:

The first reported cases of COVID-19 were in Wuhan, China in December, and then the disease began to spread in varying rates and intensities across many parts of the globe through incubation in human hosts. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared a world health emergency on January 30, and announced on March 11 that it is classifying the outbreak as a pandemic. As of Friday, the WHO reported that there are 234,073 infected individuals worldwide. 9,840 individuals have died from the disease.

As of Friday, the WHO reported that Japan has 950 cases of COVID-19 with 33 deaths. These numbers do not include the number of cases from the Diamond Princess cruise ship docked in Yokohama. That cruise ship had 712 infected engers with seven deaths.
