Watch Silent Hill, Castlevania Composers Perform Live Saturday

Silent Hill game composer Twitch.tv. The actual live performances are taking place in Mexico.
The full performance line-up includes:
- Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill, Lollipop Chainsaw)
- Michiru Yamane (Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Skullgirls)
- The Megas (Megaman tribute band)
- C418 (Minecraft)
- El Huervo (Hotline Miami)
- M.O.O.N. (Hotline Miami)
- Power Glove (Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon)
- Brian Cubría: Chip Damage (Nintendo jazz band)
- Mortal Konga (Videogame cumbia)
Yamaoka signed on as the composer for franchise as the composer and sound designer, and also as a producer and scriptwriter. Yamaoka also composed the music for the the 2006 Hollywood live-action film adaptation.
Yamaoka left Konami in 2009 to Suda 51's tie-in, Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day.
Akira Yamaoka was a guest of honor at this year's Japan Expo event in San Mateo, California.
Yamane debuted as a video game composer on Konami's Nemesis 3: The Eve of Destruction shoot-'em-up in 1989. She composed the score for the Castlevania game series until 2008 and the Suikoden roleplaying game franchise. She left Konami to become an independent composer in 2008.
