One day she meets Riko, a prosthetics artisan, at a cafe, and the two become friends. However, it soon becomes apparent that Riko's feelings for Haru involve more than just friendship. The film debuted at the Raindance Film Festival in September, and will have a theatrical release in Japan on April 3, 2010. Third Window Films has licensed the movie for a UK release, with a theatrical release in March and a DVD release in June.
