Dragon Ball's Goku Chows Down on Fried Chicken in KFC TV Ad

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Japan began airing a commercial to promote its collaboration with next month's Masako Nozawa) tells kids that chicken will make them strong.
Seven restaurants in major Japanese cities started cosplaying their Colonel Sanders statues as the anime's Son Goku on February 15. Each of the statues also holds one of the seven star-studded Dragon Balls.


All KFC restaurants in Japan are offering "Strongest Set" meal sets with "Light Up! Dragon Bottles" and five kinds of packs. Some of the items offered include a "Dream Dragon Radar detector."

KFC Japan stores began selling "Smile Sets with Strongest Battle Goods — Parents and Kids Play Together!" on February 7. There are three types: Battle Reversi (top left in bottom photo), Battle Playing Cards (top right), and Board Game Battle (bottom).

Hironobu Kageyama's "Cha-La Head-Cha-La" song, which was used as the original opening theme song for the Dragon Ball Z television anime series, as the film's theme song.
The film will open in Japan on March 30. The Dragon Ball's Son Goku costume for Naruto.
