- Professor Layton: Yō Ōizumi
- Luke: Maki Horikita
- Remi Altawa: Saki Aibu
- Aria: Shiori Kutsuna
- Bronev Reinel: Masachika Ichimura
- Jean Descole: Atsuro Watabe
Layton-Kyōju to Chō-Bunmei A no Isan was feature more than 500 new puzzles.
The game ships on the Nintendo 3DS in Japan on February 28.
