It's an all-ANN staff extravaganza (again) this week! Up top Brian Hanson (also known around here as Answerman) s us to chat about Summer Wars will pull out a nomination?
Then Right Turn Only!! author and longtime ANN manga critic Carlo Santos pops in to take us on a magical journey through the wild world of hardcore AKB48 fandom. If you're as mystified by idol fandom as I am, this is a real eye-opener!
Finally, The X Button's Todd Ciolek shows up to chat about games, the decline of Japan as the world's gaming superpower and what he's been playing lately. There's also a whole lot of chatter about whether or not visual novels are a viable niche industry in the US! FUN!!
